I know that we are still working out some of the issues on this package one of example is the fancy newletter and some small bugs nothing big would like to get some idea of the upgrade script for themes other than chromo?

The Fancy Newsletter has been removed from the system and we are now using a much better newsletter. The HTML Newsletter is far more advanced and uses several different features that the fancy newsletter didn't use. Theme upgrades will be simple really. Most themes will take about 10 to 15 minutes to convert. All themes can use the same set of tpl files and the overall_header and overall_footer will need to be modified to keep the forum header and footer as the original designer intended. There will be scripts available for those that want to upgrade step by step. This method is not recommended but will be available.

There will be upgrade scripts for the sql from 2.0.7 to Xtreme Only. There are already upgrade scripts written to upgrade from just about everything to Evolution 2.0.7. If there are users with customized sites already then we will be happy to help them convert or they can use one of the several support sites we recommend for help. Those support teams will hopefully be active on this site so we can benefit the users and community better as a collective.
