 This  person  is  not  banned  on  our  site,  because  his  IP  number  is  not  blocked.  He  can't  login  on  our  site  by  phone  and  not  on  his  lap  top  either.  He  coming  from  Belgium,  maybe  that  info  helps  to  for  the  right  solution.
 As  soon  as  he  tried  to  login  on  the  site,  he  get  a  black  screen.   You  have  attempted  to  access  this  site  with  an  invalid  IP

 Can  you  tell  me  what  your  web-site  is  so  that  I  can  come  to  the  site  and  see  if  there
 are  any  issues  that  I  can  see  because  to  be  honest  if  the  person  is  not  on  any  ban  lists  or
 anything  like  that  then  there  is  no  reason  for  the  site  to  give  him  that  message.

 Hi  mate,

 Thanks  for  the  information  this  to  me  says  that  your  IP  is  banned  on  the  site  some  where.

 You  need  to  check  the  nuke  sentinel  for  anything  in  your  IP  range  and  remove  it.

 Hm...

 But  the  webmaster  informed  me  that  there  aren't  any  banned  or  blocked  ip  addresses.
 Can  you  give  more  information  where  to  search  in  nuke  sentinel?

 Can  someone  take  a  screenshot  of  the  page  that  is  saying  that  so  we  are  positive  that  it  is  Sentinel.  Just  wondering  because  usually  Sentinel  will  announce  that  it  is  it  that  is  doing  the  blocking  using  a  Sentinel  image.  As  for  checking  if  they  are  wrapped  up  in  a  range  ban  or  blocked  IP,  you  can  go  to  your  ACP->Sentinel  and  once  in  there,  in  the  nav  on  the  top  you  will  see  Blocked  IP  Menu  and  Blocked  Range  Menu.  If  you  click  on  either  one,  more  options  will  appear  to  the  right.  One  option  will  say  Display  Blocked  Whatever,  whatever  being  either  IP  or  Ranges,  which  ever  you  are  in  at  that  time,  and  you  can  check  if  they  are  caught  up  in  anything  in  there.

 I  found  another  workaround:

 -  We  have  two  types  of  connections,  private  and  public
 -  With  private,  I'm  having  difficulties  to  access  the  website
 -  With  public,  no  problem  to  access
 -  I  noticed  with  public  connection  =>  IPv4  but  with  private  connection  =>  IPv6

 Can  that  also  be  the  problem?

 At  the  moment,  I  need  to  switch  over  and  over  again...  Crying or Very sad

 Its  most  likely  the  Valid  IP  check  within  Nuke  Sentinel.  Kinda  of  like  how  it  loves  to  block  localhost  via  a  locally  ran  test  site.

 Make  a  backup  of  this  file  first  and  than  edit  it  to  try  and  resolve  the  issue.

 root/includes/nukesentinel.php

PHP:
//Invalid ip check
if($ab_config['test_switch'] != 1) {
 if(
$nsnst_const['remote_ip']=="none") {
 echo
abget_template("abuse_invalid.tpl");
 die();
 }

 Comment  it  out  by  changing  it  to  this

PHP:
// Invalid ip check
//if($ab_config['test_switch'] != 1) {

 //if($nsnst_const['remote_ip']=="none") {

 //echo abget_template("abuse_invalid.tpl");

 //die();

 //}
//}

 This  isn't  a  honest  fix  to  it,  but  I  don't  the  nature  of  how  well  Evo  gets  along  with  ipv6  so  this  might  be  the  reason  to  your  troubles  at  the  moment.

 This  error  is  to  do  with  the  Country  ip  listings  within  Nuke  Sentinel,  The  quickest  and  easiest  way  to  fix  this  is  to  do  the  following.

 OPEN

Code:
includes/nukesentinel.php

 FIND

Code:
if  (!nsnst_valid_ip($nsnst_const['client_ip']))  {$nsnst_const['client_ip']  =  "none";  }
 if  (!nsnst_valid_ip($nsnst_const['forward_ip']))  {$nsnst_const['forward_ip']  =  "none";  }
 if  (!nsnst_valid_ip($nsnst_const['remote_ip']))  {$nsnst_const['remote_ip']  =  "none";  }
 if  (!nsnst_valid_ip($nsnst_const['remote_addr']))  {$nsnst_const['remote_addr']  =  "none";  }

 REPLACE  WITH

Code:
/*if  (!nsnst_valid_ip($nsnst_const['client_ip']))  {$nsnst_const['client_ip']  =  "none";  }
 if  (!nsnst_valid_ip($nsnst_const['forward_ip']))  {$nsnst_const['forward_ip']  =  "none";  }

 if  (!nsnst_valid_ip($nsnst_const['remote_addr']))  {$nsnst_const['remote_addr']  =  "none";  }*/

 This  will  stop  the  error,  If  you  do  not  wish  to  do  this,  You  will  have  to  download  Raven  Nuke  CMS  and  pull  out  the  Nuke  Sentinel  "nuke_nsnst_ip2country"  SQL  table  and  insert  the  whole  thing  into  your  database.
