 Is  this  PHP-Nuke?
Below,  I  have  posted  some  of  the  links  that  are  similar  to  Nuke,  without  linking  to  their  GoogleTap  rewritten  versions.

 http://www.thetechgame.com/modules.php?name=Account&op=userinfo&username=Sean
 http://www.thetechgame.com/modules.php?name=News&sid=7265
Same  error  given  if  not  mod  of  a  forum  on  a  PHP-Nuke  site;  http://www.thetechgame.com/modules.php?name=Forums&file=modcp&f=4

Same  "account  suspended"  notices  as  PHP-Nuke  gives:  http://www.thetechgame.com/ttgsean
The  NON-rewritten  version  of  profile  URLs:  http://www.thetechgame.com/modules.php?name=Account&op=userinfo&username=Sean

 This:  http://www.thetechgame.com/modules.php?name=Forums&file=viewforum&forum=4

 Is  rewritten  to:  http://www.thetechgame.com/Forums/f=4/general-discussion.html

would  it  not  be  faster  to  just  ask  them  on  there  website  ?  lol

it  does  have  a  few  things  that  look  like  php-nuke  but  at  the  same  time  its  so  different  that  even  if  the  core  was  php-nuke  then  i  still  would  not  call  it  so  :D

anyway  PHP-nuke  is  not  the  only  one  to  use  them  type  of  address  there  a  few  other  out  there  but  looking  around  i  cant  find  anything  that  would  link  it  to  php-nuke

php-nuke  is  based  around  phpbb  what  there  forum  does  not  look  like  so  they  would  have  to  do  so  much  work  to  remove  the  forum  and  rebuild  it  and  if  they  did  that  then  it  would  no  longer  be  php-nuke.  That  is  why  even  with  xtreme  being  so  up  to  date  that  it  still  use  phpbb  bc  the  core  of  php-nuke  is  phpbb

SOOO  im  going  to  say  it  is  not  php-nuke  base  on  the  way  the  forum  looks  and  that  i  cant  find  anything  other  then  a  few  links  that  you  posted.  Plus  our  user  profile  use  the  user's  ID  not  the  user  name

They  keep  it  very  secretive  and  claim  it  to  be  "custom-coded".  The  developer  of  the  site  is  Telli,  of  codezwiz.com.  Telli  is  a  very  experienced  PHP-Nuke  developer.  If  you  have  a  look  on  his  codezwiz.com  site,  much  of  it  is  similar  to  TheTechGame.com,  as  well.
 Thanks  for  your  reply.

if  he  has  a  high  background  in  php-nuke  then  yeah  i  can  see  it  being  php-nuke  as  he  would  know  how  to  get  around  the  coding  but  like  i  said  with  all  the  editing  he  had  to  do  can  you  still  call  it  php-nuke  ?  lol  anyway  why  would  it  matter  are  u  trying  to  make  ur  site  look  like  it  ?

if  ur  good  at  coding  and  making  theme  then  u  can  take  any  system  and  make  work  look  like  any  other  system  or  your  own  Very Happy  without  his  core  coding  it  would  be  hard  to  tell  what  he  is  using  for  100%

The  site  may  look  like  php  nuke  but  it  isn't,  people  alway  code  in  the  style  they  feel  comfortable  with,  i  have  a  site  completely  built  in  html,  but  laid  out  like  php  nuke.

Even  if  he  is  using  php  nuke  and  modified  it  in  anyway,  it  is  in  fact  custom.

Like  Lonestar  said  it's  custom,  the  foundation  shows  very  closely  matched  pages  such  as  registration,  downloads  and  the  forums  but  he's  put  a  lot  of  work  into  the  site  to  make  it  personalized  to  his  needs  which  means  he  never  intends  to  update  but  continue  to  work  on  it  outside  of  the  project  walls.

I  personally  have  never  seen  it  so  heavily  customized  using  newer  web  standards,  he's  done  a  good  job  on  it.
